COOMODEL is on a Nobunaga spree! New figure dedicated to Takuya Kimura!

So, as I was drawing this Nobunaga, I stumbled on a serie of new Nobunaga figures by COOMODEL!
Apparently this "Oda Nobunaga 2.0" is inspired by the performance of Kimura in THE LEGEND & BUTTERFLY: As you see it's a renewal of their first Nobunaga figure, with the addition of Kimura's head.
I was a bit perplexed because the figures (it's four of them!) don't appear on their official website, but I assume this was a release limited to Taobao only. This wasn't the first time they collaborated with the platform for exclusive releases.

So, here's a short summary of the various versions and their prices.

Let's star with the huge one; Oda Nobunaga Copper Armor Ver. - Limited Edition - 3380 yuan: The figure includes extra clothes and accessories, like the infamous gilded skulls that can be used as extra parts for the figure.

Oda Nobunaga Copper Armor Ver. - Standard Edition - 2460 yuan: The standard version includes the figure and the armor only with extra parts for the hands.

Oda Nobunaga Hunter Ver. - 1080 yuan: This is quite unique!!!

Oda Nobunaga Samurai Ver. - 884 yuan: This doesn't feature Kimura, and is a "manlier" rendition of the famous Chokoji painting!
I like how it sticks to the main characteristics of this classic portrait: high nose, small mouth, scarce beard-- I preordered this one myself!

The preorder closes on June 13 and the release is expected for December 2023 but keen to be belated... The shop from where I got mine starts shipping on Summer 2024!
